The Premium Package is the most wholistic package you can have, we spend 2 days in face-to-face interactive sessions to drive your key strategic priorities to the surface along with the plan to achieve them, including owners and due dates..
Our 2-day in-person meetings need to be dedicated time, preferably without business interruptions. This will allow the team to focus and participate in the discussions. Determining the end goals of the organization and a plan on how to achieve them will be our main focus.

The Urgent Package is for those organizations who have a strategy plan in place, and simply need a health check to ensure success.
We will require full access to any existing strategy documentation and key personnel involved in implementing the strategy,
We first review all the provided strategy documents for a deep understanding of long-term goals, We then establish a set of key questions to as of your senior staff during 1-hr interviews, preferably in-person.
The documentation and interviews will allow us to make a set of recommendations that will improve your ability to achieve your strategy long-term.
